Problem with browser retaining information page 1

I'm using the god damned Internet Explorer, because I'm too much of a retard to use anything else apparantly, and even after using Window Washer, some sites are being left behind so when you type out www.p for instance, it ends up showing the full path to peachy18.

What am I missing here? I've cleaned out my cache, I've deleted the history, and pretty much done everything I can think of to remove everything from my browser history, Window Washer included, and it's still sticking around, along with a few others. Anyone ever come across this? If you have any suggestions, let me know, I'd be happy to hear about it. Thanks!

"when you type out www.p for instance, it ends up showing the full path to peachy18"

You mean on the "address" -toolbar, or on Google Seach -box? Address-toolbar can be cleaned clearing the history, Google's search -box needs to be cleared on "internet options", "Content", "Autocomplete", "Clear Forms".

Then, just install a new lightweight browser with popup-blockers etc. like "Firefox" for only your personal use (=porn) and hide a link to it. Remember not to make it your default browser when it asks.

Or, just use search engine no other people use in your family (other then google?)... search for Peachy18 and click the link and it won't get saved on the address bar.

hi, you could also use MRUBlaster which will securely wipe the data from your HDD every 15 mins, or so, along with alot of other typed things you may not want, it is highly configuriable.

there's also Ccleaner that will delete the info on bootup. i use both together, they both free.
