Yes, that is a known problem... GoogleSeach is a temporary search until the servers can maintain the current amount of visitors, or the new more efficient forum software comes out. This has been talked before... "GoogleSearch" titled threads in this forum.

More technical talk...

Google doesn't well "index" PeachyForum pages, because they use Javascript for changing every page (those 1,2,3 -links at the end of the page). In addition, PeachyForum is much younger domain name then old www.peachyforum.com... therefore, many redirecting links and fewer hits (may change in time). I'm also looking for a way to make "text-only" version of the forums, which will get more easily indexed.

Optimizing for the GoogleSearch is the future, becauce according to the logs we get the most visitors from search engines...

AFAIK there is no search engine inside the board ... are you referring to the pseudo-google search disaster???

Haha, hopefully it's not a complete disaster... for example, you want to seach for Inaz and it brings up 3080 hits

ok, now you'll say people should search for the girls, not you Big Smile [:D], but the mosts popular girls get hundreds of hits... well, and some rare ones, zero.

Yes but if you search for girls before posting - adelina model and cherry potter are two examples - the search states no results, but if you post these girls they are linked by moderators to existing threads which the search function can't - or won't - find. How are we to avoid posting girls who are listed already?

The reason for "adelina model" is that the original thread is named as "adelinamodel" - if you search with that, it brings up the original thread... so, that's not GoogleSeach problem (but a naming problem). And even with "Adelina model" you get 34 hits, so you can check she has been talked before and answer to that thread before posting a new one... and find the original from the reposts threads.

"Cherry Potter" is a spelling problem - her original thread is named "Sherri Angel", and her thread doesn't contain "potter". "Sherri Potter" or "Sherry Potter" brings up some hits, with a link to her original thread (=sherri angel).

I'm not trying to defend GoogleSeach to the end, and I do admit our internal seach engine was better (how could it not be, I've even coded some parts of it! Big Smile [:D]), and I do want to get it back... but  GoogleSeach is much better then nothing and the most problems (like sherri and adelina) couldn't be fixed with a new seach engine...
