If you use a proper host such as evilshare it's nothing. There are many hosts such as that available. Boring fact is, people like like to chage money. That's not to say that they don't have expenses, but bottom line is that, that's not my problem, they got into the business, let them deal with it. Thus, there are much better companies to deal with. Ok here it is, the list refers to file hosting sites, these sites are often used for posting copyrighted material (full galleries / vids etc). This site is an index of free galleries and the posting of copyright materials is forbidden, several webmasters have already threatened Vatsis with legal action in the past due to copyright links on filehosting sites so action was taken by the admins to ban them. The red text you see when attempting to post such a link is there to simply to prevent anybody claiming it was an accidental post. The list contains spaces because if funky had not included the spaces in the text it would display the banner several users have attempted such workaround links (using spaces or replacing text with * # etc) which resulted in them being banned.

So it isn't pathetic shit it's just our webmaster protecting his own livelyhood and our forum....

Hmmm... I notice that R A P I D S H A R E . C O M  is not on that list. Let's see if the banning bot is consistent with the list

I have some questions about the new rapid share.com site (which is the title of this thread).
I have a Premium account (which I only use legally of course), and since the change about a week ago I'm having serious problems with them.

1. The index of my hosted links (to own copyrighted material) is no longer accessible, so I can't use the "kill" button when needed.
2. When I upload (own copyrighted) files, I am not given the url to the file.
3. Their support address bounces, ie I get a reply mail saying the address doesn't exist.

Is anyone else havig these problems, and if so have you got any further with solutions?

It seems there were quite a lot of bugs and teething-problems b.o. their new site, which was launched approx. a week ago.

Moreover, they moved 'everything' to India (servers/providers etc etc) which on its turn caused problems with their mirror-site rapid layer.in

...yep. I've found part of the problem, it's up to them to find the answers.

R(..censored..)E accounts work perfectly using Firefox, partially using Opera, an for IE-users a lot goes wrong.
It seems they have a compatability problem.
