I have this video. It is called simply Teenage playmates by AVN Productions (Adult Video Netherlands) I do not know who the pigtailed brunette girl is, unfortunately as they do not put names on the credits. I do agree though that there is something quite seductive about her - Never seen her in anything else that I can think of. P.S. The video is fantastic. I would imagine you can get it from e-mule or the like.
