why are rapid share and mega upload banned links?

 fair enough, i read the list of sites i just wondered why theyre all banned..

i could understand if they were spam sites, child porn, etc but surely for people trying to upload pics and vids without having to try and use imageshack its quite handy

It tells you Why at the bottom of list.  File sharing, Usually stolen Pictures/ Files.  Full sets etc.

From what i understand? R*pidshare charges you to see these stolen (Files)   That they charged some one else to upload ??

If you want to see these items, You can find them FREE.  I can often find full sets (NOT PERMITTED either)before i can find a link that i can post (A Hosted Gallery) 

Mike or Drum are into this topic.  Maybe they will add their 2 cents?

Then you say you get the full sets free before anyone posts a link.

Rapi*share is free to download from but you have to wait to download and can only download a certain number of files a day etc. Paying £6 a month to get files at significantly faster speeds that any torr3nt site is to me worth the cash if i can get good quality sets and movies off it.

Once you have the model ID’d, there are a number of sites out there that you can, well, lets just say do with the information what you must. You can come here and stay current with your favorite models, find out if they have aliases, new/current work. Maybe even share something you found yourself for others.

Finding the, stuff, is simple, knowing what to look for is the difficult part and we help fill in that gap. That said, and I’m not saying your complaining, just follow the rules and enjoy.

1. Because the forum owner (Vatsis) says so.

2. Many forums are getting shut down and or sued by the pay sites that legally own the material being shared.

As Mark & Hunter pointed out, this forum is for information purposes only but also to interact and have fun with people that have similar tastes to your own.

 Hi Paul, like Mark ,Gem & Hunter have already pointed out, this site is a community and not a filesharing site.

Our rules may be stringent but I doubt we'd have a Peachyforum without them.

My answers to your posed questions.

1: No!! It's just a bad thing to post them on here because it is't allowed

2: Most of people have the access to download fullsets / vids etc via these sites and we're not stopping them from doing that. But we will stop them from posting such material  on this site.

3: No it is't a contradiction, we are not telling people not to download this stuff we don't care if someones just downloaded the latest set from r*p*dsh*re (good for them) all we're saying is don't post it here.

I hope you understand.

Nothing wrong with file sharing...IF YOU PAID FOR THE RIGHTS IN FIRST PLACE !

Ok its not an ideal world, so thats not going to happen in many cases.

For this forum to remain the safe haven it has become for many, and

to ensure Peachys security for the future, a wide ban on file transfers

must remain.

It would be impossible for the moderaters to 'police' all posts quickly enough

to prevent 'illegal ones'.

If you really want something?...its out there, you just might have to learn

a little more about the net.....its not just clicking a mouse.

But if you think its illegal...dont post it here..

Or ask a Mod first....its normal to get a quick reply.

those type of sites steal from webmasters trying to make a living thats why. if you steal a loaf of bread from a store

 its wrong. why should stealing someones work be no different
