I can't find this answer anywhere, but maybe someone will know here.

Is there a way to rip images and movies from a site with PHP? does anyone know what I am talking about? it is sites with URLs like

http://www.gottalovelucky.com/preview.php

sites in HTML are easy to rip on a Macintosh with programs like Web Dumper and DeepVacuum

any ideas?

PHP output is simply HTML like any other webpage.

Click on one of the photo links

e.g. http://www.gottalovelucky.com/full.php?image=1-pr1

Look at the result and view the filename of the image using a right click

http://www.gottalovelucky.com/includes/1-pr1.jpg

Now you have the image URL with a decent downloader program e.g. FDM you can work out the sequence to rip.
