Met has recognised that it is the same girl. In their current index, the "Tentazione" set is now listed under Selene B. There is no more Misha B, Her two sets have been merged with Selene B. And now that we know her real name (Michaela Kaplanova), we can also see where the name "Misha" came from - it is a nickname for Michaela.
FYI: I also located a few sets of hers (going back to July 2005) on PureBeauty where she goes under the name Michaela Kaplan:

We know it's her because one of these covers can be seen on a site referenced earlier in this thread (art glamor models, see item posted by muniek on 25 Jan). Comparing some of the pictures on that site with some of the pictures on her model card (
http://www.inspirovanikrasou.cz/uzivatel?u=giselle), there can be no doubt about the identification.
