It's saying in German that the pics have been scaled down i.o. to fit into the screen. If you safe the pics they have the normal (clear) format.
This girl is very well known and she has a considerable thread already with a different name. I just don't recall that name and thread. Maybe someone else recognizes her as well and knows her thread.
