That site was using the impression it was her to generate traffic for themselves. I'm not a lawyer, but I think by blatantly including her name like that, it could be considered defamation of character and several other sueable offenses. Suppose if Taylor and her people left the impression in people's mind that "sweet, innocent" Taylor took pictures like this. That would change her image over time and affect her brand and marketability with her current audience, hence, the threat of legal action.
