i joined this site and after one day i can't log in anymore.
i've sent 3 emails to customer support and have not gotten a response. has anyone had a similar experience? any ideas on what to do appreciated!

Send a email to the billing company.  They should issue you a new password.  If it still doesn't work, they will probably issue you a refund.  This recently happened to me on a different site.

I got an email saying they had a data base issue or something. Everything seems to be working fine
