 Jakoby ... appreciate your interest, but before we get off track on this thread, your pics are not exactly what this thread is about....those are really just stockings (or "thigh-highs") that have elastic holding them up.  This thread is about a specifc type of stockings that are neither thigh-highs or pantyhose, but a sort of in-between....with a built in garter....see below ar above for examples...
