Tips & Tricks for the PornSurfers: Avoid Newbie Mistakes

1. Remember Alt-F4.

With that combination you can close those fullscreen windows and javascipt popups that are refusing to close.

2. Use a popup -killer.

Free Google toolbar stops popups efficiently.

I use Popup Ad Filter, Popupstopper is also good.

3. Pages (galleries) that others see well redirect your browser to dialers?

Some galleries are 'region-coded' - if you live in Europe, there is a fat change you'll get redirected to dialers (because gallery owners think you don't have a credit card). So, you'll have to use a proxy (a route via another machine) to mask your own address:

http://proxify.com/
http://www.megaproxy.com/
http://nonymouse.com/anonwww.html

4. Cannot save pictures as .jpg, only large bmp?

This is a known problem with Internet Explorer. "Tools -> Options -> Delete Files..." will remove your offline files making more room for pictures.

5. Know where a link is pointing to.

There is a little Javascipt trick to make it seem like the url your pointer is over is not a sponsored link. For example, look at this link. Your status bar says it's Microsoft.com but try to click it... see now? This is a way some site/product might be "reviewed" as good, when really webmaster is paid to say so. Only way to know in advance is to rightclick the link and watching the status bar (at the bottom).

6. Check the signature/watermark on the picture.

When you come to a site promoting girl "X" be sure to check if there is a signature of the site on the picture. If there's not, you might be seeing stolen/bought content which is not from the site it promotes. Therefore, the girl you so badly wanted to see (and why you would have signed in) might be from another site and not available at the site you're paying for.

7. Read that boring text on the contract.

Let's say that a site offers you a free membership. Ok, what's the catch? Read that little text closely, it might well be that the site is free but there is a sum of $30 billed from your card _for another site_ you haven't heard of. Or, maybe you are offered 3 days trial with mentioning in smaller print "after 3 days period credit card will be billed first months fee". You'll save a lot of time and effort by avoiding the step 6.

I personally trust only CCBill as a billing company - others have gone without a notice.

8. Damn you've been cheated - get your money back!

Let's say you have signed up with site "Teen.com". There could be problems, like the girl you that was promised is not available OR the site has been promoted as HC site with girls eating dick & cum but you'll be seeing only softcore images. Only way to punish those lying bastards is to ask your money back from your credit card company. They will require you to write a complaint and thats it - no money lost. Just remember to do it immediatelly and not too often (or billing company may not accept your card later on).

After reading this text you might feel some insecure. However, I spend much time to keep the links on my sites clean so you should not worry. All the sponsors are well-known and I even have tested most of them.

Happy surfing & good luck!
