Brief comment ...
It has been very difficult to vote ... Normally the 'wars' occur among two (or more) contenders of similar characteristics ...
Hegre, Galitsin, Vulis, Fedorov, Slastyonoff, Stan, Rüegge, Goncharov, ... etc... etc ...may well be 'contenders' between them, because each and every one of them are photographers specialized in the nude feminine bodies ... trying to sell the best of their models and the best of their lenses ...
But MET ? Who's MET ? For me they are much like D.O.M.A.I., people that have built a website that is fed by photographer's contributions ... not the same risk, not the same infrastructure, ... When MET sells, the photographer's get their money, not b4 ... Photographer's, on the contrary, must have models, studios, infrastructure, equipment, ... lot of monetary risk ... so for me they are more praiseworthy than 'unknown' people like MET (even D.O.M.A.I. has the face & eyes of Eolake Stobblehouse ... but who's behind MET's name?
I don't care who wins the 'war' ... the best wars are the ones that can be avoided ...
