Hello.

Today Peachyforum is vvv slow and I notice that my CPU goes to 98ish% usage! When I log out of peachy or use other web sites CPU usage is Ok and Internet Explorer works at correct speed etc.

Any ideas whats going on? I notice that there's now advertising - Is Peachy tracking us?

PeachyForum or the advertising broker doesn't track anything then clicks, I can promise you that. However, ads work with JavaScript, so it might cause high CPU usage if the code is broken. What is the version of your Internet Explorer? Do others have the same issue?

Would be interstring if others have problems too. Like I say all was working perfectly until I came back on Monday!

Have tryied rebooting and logging on/off.

Windows XP SP3. All updates. IE ver 7.0.5730.11

Any suggestions for what I can try...? Peachy is bascally un-usaeble! Shame this is a really good site - Keep up the good work!

I'm using same configuration like you (XP + IE7 same versions) because I cannot use Opera (my favorite) here.

Well... I've run alsorts of virus scans, I've checked that JavaScripts are On. And I've also reinstalled ie7.

Still v slow and still over 95% CPU usage when I log in to PeachyForum... :-(   Other sites seem ok.

Problems started after Peachy was changed Sun/Mon - with logon window on the left and the adverts on the top right. NOT saying that its Peachy, but am looking for ideas as to what could be wrong with my setup now?
