The pic and set above are indeed from the "Waves" release by Peter Dominic in 2003(see cover below).  MET also released a similar set earlier in the year also by Dominic(below).  The problem may be a legal question more that anything else.  Mr. Dominic was known to have used "underage" models and if  MET could not verify the models age, they might have pulled all of his early work.  It doesn't mean that this model was underage, in fact, she looks to be at least 18, but the "proof is in the pudding" and if they could not verify her age, then it is in their interest to pull all of it notwithstanding all of the sadness it creates for all of his fans.

BTW, like a lot of early MET, there is no name for the girl, but to me she looks a lot like Anna from TSM.  She has a thread here.
