Would a larger picture of this give it away? I'm having trouble seeing the details.

PB's pic has one tower, not two...but both are obviously Gothic revival buildings...
I'm curious about the statue in front, it looks to honor someone of about 100 years ago...
You typically see something like this in a college town in the U.S., and the level terrain seems Midwestern.
