1. I think legally he can't do anything - as those galleries are all openly available without copyright infringement. [ It is absurd - he himself posted them or at least helped in doing so...] And  beware to hand over this positon to easily - what so-called 'web-master' will come up tomorrow!!???!!!

2. This 'web-master' (hahaha!!!) doesn't  understand anything about modern PR and the internet. Even the TV-people on German daytime television  state that the porn industry has adopted far better to the internet than e.g. the record/music industry. Because the porn firms/sites have discovered the free stuff as a way to lure people into assuming long therm contracts/customers....

Nobody had even heard about his site before there was a thread about it... he got visitors from PeachyForum (without giving me 50% $ like the sites having banner here!) but then turned into drama queen when we posted "too many galleries" (which is 5 or so)... make your own deductions how many galleries may his site contain for the members.

There are other funny cases as well, like that one sponsor who thought he is "kind of undercover porn agent, I fuck on the water and air" having pics of him (face blurred out) with a different girl... ... lorenzo or what Italiano he was... after spamming the forum heavily (didn't have mods then), he got mad when I removed his posts... I educated him how you need friends to do marketing for him, and suddenly he thought I'd like to become his affiliate and started spamming my mailbox??

A while back she asked me to take off some pics that someone had posted in a thread that were from her "zipped" sets on her site....these are the pics that show something apparently so she was pissed. So I did remove them and refrained from saying something to her about the tone she used in the thread. But I was nice and didn't, and even asked her if the remaining pics that were posted were ok. She never replied so I assume that they were ok. To tell you the truth, she came off as a stuck up little bitch and I really don't see what the big deal about her is anyways, she is not all that....NEXT!

I don't get it - a webmaster sets up a paysite, and both he and the girl don't want people to actually hear about it??

that is soo weird because they give free pics to other forums.  I know this because one of the other forums i belong to just got like three free preveiw sets
