my_oddisee, thanks for the thanks. Don't worry about being too busy to post, we do have to work occasionally I suppose. I'll keep posting as I find stuff. This new genre has opened up a lot of doors. I love quads, I'm quite the quad fan actually. If you look at Vanessa Boswell that I posted below you'll see that she's quite a Quad Queen, and the other fitness girls have some pretty darn decent quads too. Nothing like some great quads to bring the whole leg thing together. Thanks again for the note, don't work too hard.
