They removed that picture of the girl with the appendix scar?  I didn't think it was her.  Maybe I was wrong.

I think the lips are exactly the same as Anya's. Many girls will have appendix scars and navel piercings of course. Actually the scar does slope more diagonally than Anya's so I guess they are not the same. Nevermind :)

 No ? Sure is Anya. She have a scar of the operation to the appendicitis.  Repairs well to the photo. 

I have no idea why you aren't looking at her face. Simply not her. As the appendix is always in the same place, it stands to reason the scars are usually in the same place.

Monolith is right. It's definitely not Anya in the ATK photo. If you still have doubts, look at the length of the scar and the angle of the incision. They aren't at all similar.
