This chick appears in the College Rules video 2009 Fall Pranks at Fontanta Hall only briefly. Does anyone know who she is?

I posted this before and the thread was merged in to another about Elizabeth Bentley by a mod. This girl is definitely not Elizabeth Bentley - she appears later in this clip and when you google image search these pictures, a page with her name comes up. But this is not her.
