My guess... that exact string of five numbers is/was tied to a frequently used cash-click link.
If you put any numbers or letters next to those five, and post it, the auto-cover doesn't kick in. BUT, if you put any other keyboard character next to it, the auto-cover works. I don't know enough about code to figure that one out.
