All the links I've found, saying that she is also Irisana, at Domai, seem to be dead.
So, let me spell it out, with a couple of samples. Lovely Irene, aka Lita, Lalaine, etc, is also Irisana, at Domai. She's only got 2 sets there, and as far as I can see, they don't seem to have covers. Here are samples, from both sets.
