The Photoshop techniques work fine, and are genuine, when there is some transparency to the clothing or the color and full shape of the areolas can be seen before enhancement. It's quite another thing, and complete fantasy, what some "artists" do when they take completely opaque clothing and dodge in pink or brown circles to display full nipples with no reference as to how the nipples actually look. They basically use the dodge tool in Photoshop to darken the area where the nipples probably are based on pokies. They sometimes give pancake nipples to women who have been shown to have smaller nipples in other pictures. When it's faked it's just wishful thinking, and as bad as cutting the woman's head off and pasting it on a picture of a different nude body. Not that both types of fakes aren't art in and of themselves, but it's not revealing anything real and shouldn't be passed off as real nudity.
