Now that you mention it, possumator, I hadn't noticed it.
But I suppose that if you do shoots in rough grass, rocks, sand, river banks, dirt tracks, woods, water, and even on metal surfaces it stands to reason that your feet might be roughened.
As to whether feet are sexually alluring all I can say is that many guys find them so, and there are websites catering especially for them. For centuries girls in China had their feet bound to keep them small and, misshapen as they became in consequence, they were regarded as attractive.
