You've overstated your case here. I belonged to her site for over a year and am about to join again because she just keeps going hotter with her photos. The Zips aren't nearly as expensive as you claim- unless you're using Canadian money or some similarly wimpy currency. I have most of her zips but I also happen to know each zip set purchase can be traced to the original purchaser, so I'll not be posting those any time soon- sorry.
She may be getting better but that doesn't change the fact that we are being asked to pay a lot extra for something that is standard content on countless larger, higher quality and cheaper sites. Although she is very good looking and I have nothing against her the majority of us are not made of money and it is her job to EARN our membership fees by providing a large amount of high quality content at a price that is not only competetive with but a better value than the countless other choices that are available to us. As much as I'd like to, with only a few limited preview sets and questionable feedback from site members I for one cannot come close to justifying a membership and it will remain that way until they can prove to me that I will get my moneys worth
Regarding the other issue, a claim that they can track zip sets is almost certain bogus although not impossible. I AM NOT SUGGESTING YOU DO THIS OR THAT I CONDONE SUCH ACTIONS but removing the exif data, cropping and re-saving as a slightly compressed jpg would effectively remove any basic method of tracking an image. Unless you were the only one to ever buy that set or they were spending a lot of money on image tracking (or losing a lot by not selling their system) they have no way to track you. Again though, not suggesting that you do this, just wanted to point out that websites like this make ridiculous claims and legal threats all the time simply because people believe it by not knowing any better.
