Bearer of sad news again........

Jack Wild, the original 'Artful Dodger' passed away today at 53 years after a prolonged fight against cancer.

I saw the original stage production, with Jack in it in 1965 (i think), when he was just 13.

In America he may be better remembered as the 'front' man on the Kroft Puppet Show.

Sorry life went sour for you Jack, sure your gonna meet a few old pals now.

Wow! I've seen this topic title posted for awhile now, and for some reason nothing clicked until just this moment.
'Jimmy' is dead!
I must have spent, God knows how many Saturday matinees of either 'Oliver' or the 'H.R. Pufnstuf ' movie.

" Where you go when things get rough? "

" You can't do a little and you can't do enough."

Peaceful rest be with you Jack.

Hiya Cinsidy...

For a while there I thought maybe I was the only person on peachy who knew Jack!

Glad to hear that he helped you, through a no doubt ''mispent youth''.
