Stacey Dash (born January 20, 1966 in The Bronx, New York) is an American film and television actress, most known as high school student Dionne Davenport in the 1995 film Clueless (even though Dash was already pushing 30 years of age when the film was released), as well as its television sequel, which ran from 1996 to 1999. She had previously played a high school student a decade earlier, in the critically acclaimed CBS drama TV 101.
Her first major film role was in the Richard Pryor comedy Moving in 1988. Before appearing in Clueless, she had sizable roles in Mo' Money and Renaissance Man. After the television version of Clueless was cancelled in 1999, she went on to play Vanessa Weir in the television series The Strip. However, it was not a success and was cancelled after a handful of episodes.
Rumor has it she will play Tanya, in the third Mortal Kombat movie Mortal Kombat: Devastation. She has a striking resemblance to said character.
She posed for the August 2006 issue of Playboy.
