Did a bit of detective work. Found the angel video. Just do a search for "dragon77 godlike.cl" ... 

 I totally think that's her.  My pic post from her p***house pictorial isn't showing up. Easy to find at shockmodels though.  I wish I could find the rest of the pictorial.

Ok. I finally watched the film and compared the girl to Vika's pictorials. I am positive that they are one and the same. Viktoria is my favorite model (and the only reason I check peachyforum), so I am quite familiar with her.

I can't link the video (since it's a banned site) but, if anyone wants to view it, search phun.  

I don't think it is her. While the resemblance is certainly there, the girl in the video has a dimple in her chin. I also think her teeth and ears look different but still... I was really looking for these things.
