Well, at least silicon addons wouldn´t act like her breasts do (you can see it when the breasts hang or when the model is lying on a sofa, bed etc), so I´d say they are Real. There are other breast enlargement methods than silicon, however, like adding liquid - was it saltwater-like liquid or what? - in some sort of bags making the breasts act more like real ones, but I really do not believe this is about it. I´d go with They Are The Real Thing opinion.
