I wonder if she's actually from ifriends, or if she can be found elsewhere... that doesn't look like one of the typical ifriends ads. (At first I thought maybe "verysexy" was her ifriends username, but there are a bunch of galleries on kinghost of other girls using this same URL pattern.)
