I'd love to see the Fanclub threads come back, but if you have any trepidation, take your time.

And after all, some of us tried to abide by your orignial wishes with what the fanclub threads were supposed to be. We discussed our devotion and "fan-hood" of our favorite models. And we got got nothing but shit and insults from those looking for free low-res pics.
If sharing pics, we have downloaded from membership sites is a problem. I know I can speak for the regular posters of one thread (Julia from MET/Yulia/SweetJuliet) that we will cease that practice. As far as the TGP links, I was still posting those to her shrine, as well. With the uncertainity of late, I've even stopped doing that.
 
If the fanclub threads re-open, perhaps you could strongly stipulate they are for discussion only. With non-copyright TGP links being posted only to the shrines.

Your US server shares same responsibilities complying with US laws. So should 'kick you off' the server. This has been happening in a few cases already.

Suppose that with links you mean paysite banner ads. If so, those banner ads are still present in Requests and Top Requests. If not so, then I fail to understand (from legal point of view) difference between Requests and (now closed) Nude Fanclub. The Russian forum I am running presently has domain being registered in Russia with its servers in Holland.

There's a clear notice that the owner of the site is outside the US. (A lot of other porn-sites have been doing that as well.) Moreover, another notice waives reponsibility of site-owner for posts being made by members to those members themselves. And last but not least there's a -18 barrier option with HC warning (leave if you're -18/enter if you're +18)

It's all within the framework of "covering your ass"-strategy, but all little bits help.

i totally agree with yulia fan.i have not posted on this site since the fanclub was closed i too was a regular poster to julias thread. it would be nice to have it back so we could just chat again if nothing else. julia herself would post on it. i know she was logged on right after her new site came on. which is non nude by the way. i am sure she wanted to saay things to us about it.but it was closed. if at all possible please bring it back.

PeachyForum has been left to US because it's still unprofitable to get a server from EU with lot's of bandwidth, very fast CPU for dynamic pages customized for every registered user and db space of many GB... but, I'm still looking.

No, not those banners... for every girl in Peachy18, I've made galleries on different free hosts. Those galleries have been posted by users in Peachy and by me on those fanclub forums with different layouts and on different domains. When the 2257 law came out, I tried to contact those old free hosts asking to take off my pages (I've lost some of the FTP account id's ages ago), but they didn't answer. In addition, there are some copycats taking my pics and posting them as their own galleries... I was happy earlier, because they also copied my referral codes, but now it's huge pain in the ass to get those galleries down!

So what I did is deciding to use only Peachy18 galleries... which are well organized in DB and with a couple of queries I removed 40% of my galleries when updating my galleries to comply with 2257. I lost lots of pics and layout templates, some galleries consist of only 4 pics now, but at least they are more non-nude.

Hmm, maybe... maybe I could open that forum again if there are many willing new mods to keep track that there are no galleries posted. There's one un-used group "Trusted Users", those could have the right to edit/remove posts on that forum only... anyone interested?

With the present CS software (I did check it) it's possible in any forum to cancel the feature of hot linking and not allowing pic attachments.

Moreover filters as well (like KS has installed) could be used, eg. when http://www is typed etc etc.

You tell me want you want for rules & regulations, and if you want me, you can sign me up. My schedule is a bit of chaotic flux at times, but I'll dedicate what time I can to "policing" the Fanclub if you want me.

Well that's really great! The reopening of the fanclub section would be a great thing.
I really miss talking about our favourite models and I never understood the need to post links there while there's already peachy18.com for that purpose.
And people like Yuliafan would be perfect for the role of "policing" the threads!

i totally agree, he was the starter of that thread at the beginning. as long as he is willing to oversee it, there is no one better to do it. please let it happen.
