However, PeachyForum server is still in US and therefore as illegal as all those lo*lita young teen forums out there! Very sad and not the way I'd like to handle my business where I've invested much time & money... |

Your US server shares same responsibilities complying with US laws. So should 'kick you off' the server. This has been happening in a few cases already.

I've told it many times before that with Fanclub forum the problem is that there are links to my old galleries with nude images - huge sponsors like Karup and Lightspeed (Tawnee Stone, Brandy etc.) have contacted me and asked to remove them. I've done that with organized Peachy18, where all those galleries should have been in the first place... |

Suppose that with links you mean paysite banner ads. If so, those banner ads are still present in Requests and Top Requests. If not so, then I fail to understand (from legal point of view) difference between Requests and (now closed) Nude Fanclub. In my opinion new law also applies to Requests and Top Requests and possibly other Peachy Forums as well for that matter.

fanclub-forum was meant for discussion (news etc.) only, not for making new version of Peachy18. |

Well, if you re-instate Nude Fanclub with this strict restriction (discussions only) as above, you will comply with the new law and satisfy your sponsors. So why not? (It will of course be a hell of a job for you and the mods to survey things......)
The Russian forum I am running presently has domain being registered in Russia with its servers in Holland.
There's a clear notice that the owner of the site is outside the US. (A lot of other porn-sites have been doing that as well.) Moreover, another notice waives reponsibility of site-owner for posts being made by members to those members themselves. And last but not least there's a -18 barrier option with HC warning (leave if you're -18/enter if you're +18)
It's all within the framework of "covering your ass"-strategy, but all little bits help.
You may contact me if you need any further (legal) help/advice.
