When you see the name, you'll get the "Come on Eileen" clue

Forgive me, this town is probably better known here. It was even featured on a national morning show once for its beautiful downtown Christmas lights.  

This picture should help too--if you know Francais.  

Taking the portrait of King Richard I, aka 'the Lionheart' gets you the French 'Coeur de Leon'. Your 'Come on Eileen' rhyme would just about make sense to me after a few beers yes.
